This is a ORIGINAL ART created as part of making a classic Disney animated film.  This is BATCH 1 of 3 rough animation drawings on animation paper, from three different films: Beauty and the Beast, Roller Coaster Rabbit, and Mulan- ALL by supervising animator Mark Henn.
