Today's @sketchbite sketch prompt was #aladdin but I thought it would be neat to see two of Glen Keane's characters together- Aladdin and Ariel. A trade might have to take place. The original is in my Store for sale too!
Today's #DailyDrawing is inspired by the new #WonderWoman from #BatmanvSuperman. What did you think of the film? Here's mine: better than the critiques thought, had some good moments (all of them with Wonder Woman) but bad cutting and transitions throughout. Not great, but okay. Secondly, this original art is available in my Store.
Thank you all for a great start to launching my new website! This isn't the most interesting post in the world (shipping materials?) but I wanted you to know that I put effort into the shipping of the artwork and use the image as a reminder to check out the artwork in the STORE that is for sale. I will be adding to that artwork shortly. Every couple days is my goal, so check back often. Thanks for your support!
This is the colored version of my Batgirl and Supergirl "hanging out" piece. Its colored by Jesse Heagy. To purchase the original black and white inks, go to the Store and check it out.
Sketch I did to celebrate the glory days of the Byrne/ Claremont run on X-men in the later 80s. Fun style I applied here, I have to do more. Available for sale in the Store.
Hello! This is THE place to communicate with me, find out more about me, see daily artwork updates/sketches, leave comments, find out my availability for work or speaking engagements, if I'm available for commissions, and BUY my books and original artwork like my Daily Sketches. Please save this to your RSS feed and come back frequently to see updates almost daily. Thanks, Tom Bancroft
This was for an art trade with cartoonist Ron Ferdinand (of Dennis the Menace fame). I used Copic markers and my trusty Kuretake brush pen for the ink lines.
